Pay 0.35$ to 1$ for Messaging a Stranger in Facebook
Need to Send out a message to a Stranger or Person's Inbox who is not on your Facebook friend list? No Worries... Just pay 1$ and get the job done.
If you know any one out of Facebook but not on your Friend list, then this option may very well work for you but need to spend 1$ (Send a Message to Resident Outside India) or 0.35$ (Person Residing in India) to message that particular person.
Also it doesn't mean, You cannot send message to that person unless you pay the money, but there is another option such that if you choose not to pay the money, the message will be Sent to that person's "Other" Folder instead of Sending to "Inbox" Folder, in that case so-called non-friend or Stranger won't get notified if the message is sent to "Other" folder.
But if the Stranger tries sending a message to other person by paying 0.35$ or 19.45 INR and if that person marks the message as Spam, then the Stranger cannot send message further or the message goes to "Other" Folder of that particular person.
This was based on experimental thing some months back and was restricted to US while it was initiated, but now the visibility is across more nations and as you see if you are in India, It just cost 1$ to message folks outside India and 0.35$ for folks residing in India as mentioned earlier.
This might be implemented to avoid Strangers or unwanted person's to spam other person's Inbox by bombarding unwanted messages and respect users privacy.
