As this was the first tablet from Google. It's been a wonderful piece which also brings more competition when compared to other Android tablets from Apple iPad Mini, Samsung, Micromax India and other tablet manufacturers.
Tech Specs:
Google Says Nexus 7 was specially made for Google Play is powered by NVIDIA® Tegra® 3 quad-core processor with Battery power of 4325 mAH (Up to 8 hours of active use) and above all with Android Jelly Bean (4.1) OS. The 7-inch tablet is also enabled with WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC (android beam).
What bothers?
Well It's been a Good News for Indian users since it was the first tablet from Google, what bothers them was the tablet comes without 3G, but only with WiFi and since many wont be able to use the tablet during travel being without WiFi and they need 3G enabled to use them on a go. So Nexus 7 with 3G may attract most gadget freaks and sure it will make a big move in tablet market rather than device with WiFi alone.
Also another thing was that Indian Users were on a opinion that Google introduces it's product way after a long time been introduced in US. Apart from that, the main reason being considered was it's Price which is approx 5k more than actual dollar - INR conversion, where even some try to import them from US.
Introduced after such a long time without 3G, Many are not willing to pay out of their pocket to get a WiFi version of tablet and users will be more delighted if Google makes a quick move in Indian markets once the device with full specs and with reasonable price being released abroad.
